PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS BELOW, INCLUDING SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION AND EMAILING ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.

WE PROCESS APPLICATIONS ON TUESDAYS. IF ALL INFORMATION IS PROPERLY SUBMITTED, WE CAN PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION QUICKLY.

EMERGENCIES ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

Always submit a new application.

From November 1, 2023 to May 15, 2024, you must apply to the West Central Energy Assistance Program before submitting a Brazil Township Application. Please see the information in the next post.

After submitting your application, please email to braziltownshiptrustee@gmail.com the following documents:

All IDs for everyone over 18 in the household

All social security cards for everyone in the household

All bills you pay on a monthly basis: electric, water, gas, cable, telephone, etc.

Lease

Medical documentation, if applicable

Pay stubs for last 30 days

Any other documents that apply.
