IF ALL INFORMATION IS PROPERLY SUBMITTED, WE CAN PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION QUICKLY.
EMERGENCIES ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

After submitting your application, please email copies of the following documents to braziltownshiptrustee@gmail.com or bring them to the office. If after hours, drop them through the slot in the door.

All IDs for everyone over 18 in the household

All social security cards for everyone in the household

All bills you pay on a monthly basis: electric, water, gas, cable, telephone, etc.

Lease (if renting)

Doctor’s note stating inability to work or letter of approval from Social Security if you claim a physical or mental inability to work

Proof of income: Pay stubs or SSI etc. for last 30 days
Any other documents that apply.
